Congratulations are due to The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Phaedra Parks! Parks and her husband, Apollo Nida are expecting their second child, due this Spring. Parks gave birth to her and Nida’s first son, Aiden, in May 2010, several months after the two wed.
For all those women (and men) whose New Year’s Resolution was to get an authentic, Atlanta “Donkey Booty”, well now you have no excuse! The duo recently teamed together to release a fitness DVD entitled, Phine Body which is now available on Amazon.
In other Atlanta news, former Atlanta housewife, Sheree Whitfield has learned not to mess with her lawyers. The She by Sheree fashion designer was sued by the law firm Weinstock & Scavo back in 2010 for an outstanding balance. The law firm claimed that Sheree racked up over $165,000 in legal bills during her divorce from NFL star Bob Whitfield. According to documents, Sheree only coughed up $69K to W&S, leaving a $96K balance, claiming the firm was over charging her. But an Atlanta judge ruled in favor of the law firm, forcing the former reality star to pay up! Sheree needs to pay back the remaining $96K plus interest, for a total of $119,674! Yikes! Maybe she could ask NeNe Leakes for a loan… after all, she is rich, BITCH!

Speaking of NeNe, she and ex-husband Gregg are engaged, again! NeNe and Gregg have certainly had their ups and downs as a couple. Since their divorce, NeNe and Gregg have reconciled, as seen on this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. NeNe told her fans via Twitter on New Year’s Eve that Gregg has proposed and she said…yes! Congrats, gurrrrlllll!
Congratulations are also due to the outspoken Brit, Catherine Ommanney from The Real Housewives of D.C.. Cat gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Zara Isabella on December 28th, 2012. Zara is Ommanney’s third child.
Orange County housewife Tamra Barney is finally moving forward with her wedding plans! She and fiancée Edie Judge have been busy opening their fitness center, C.U.T. Fitness OC. But now, the duo has devoted their time to planning their wedding.
Tamra posted on her Facebook page, “Did I tell you … I’m getting married! Wedding plans had to be put on hold due to the fitness studio taking up SO much of our time. Now that the studio is done we are planning our wedding. I can’t wait to share it with you. XOXO.”
Judge proposed to Barney last season on The Real Housewives of Orange County. The couple has reportedly spoken with Bravo producers about having their own wedding special, like Kim Zolciak from Atlanta. While a decision has yet to be reached regarding a special, cameras have been following the duo for season 8 of RHOOC. In fact, cameras were rolling while Tamra shopped for a wedding dress last week!

The biggest (and saddest) recent Real Housewives news surrounds former Real Housewives of New York City star turned spin-off queen, Bethenny Frankel. After months of speculation about the state of their marriage, Bethenny announced that she and her husband Jason Hoppy are separating.
“It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating. This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family,” Bethenny said in a statement on Dec. 23, according to PEOPLE.
While Hoppy did reportedly sign a pre-nup, there is still a good chance that the NYC businessman could be in for a huge pay day.
According to In Touch, Bethenny will not relocate to Los Angeles as planned to film her talk show, Bethenny. “She’ll do the show now from New York,” an insider told the site. “Jason never wanted to move to LA, and in the end, Bethenny’s going to do what’s best for her daughter.”
The source asserts that the custody over their daughter, Bryn, will be determined with no drama.
Bethenny’s talk show is set to premiere nationally on Fox stations this fall.

To me- its a bit if a shocker- Bethany seemed to strong to give up or give in- I thought she would fight for her marriage to the death- for Bryn for sure. Sad really.
Totally not surprised about Bethenny and Jason. Last season’s Bethenny Ever After showed their relationship deteriorating.
I am not surprised at all. Jason (most men) can only take so much of the wife wearing the pants, calling the shots, embarrassing him on National TV and basically stripping him of his manhood. Its all good in the beginning but even for all that money, it takes its toll. Just my opinion.
It’s really sad. I really wanted her to have it all but some men just can’t handle when the women is the bread winner! Wish the best for all! I really do Love Bethenny & she is proof that if you work hard your business dreams can come true! Just my opinion.

I have been hooked on RHOA, which I am ashamed to admit, Phaedra wants to call herself a southern belle, but she practically conceived her baby on TV, I’m assuming in an attempt to prove that her marriage is stable. If it were would she have to show THAT much tongue…it was the most disgusting display I’ve seen on “regular” TV. Maybe it was an audition for Skinimax? I don’t hold out much hope for her DVD. I personally will stick with tried and true proven P90X. She wants to “help” people get a “donkey booty” which sounds 1. disgusting, and 2. impossible (since genetics determine your basic butt size) fake people make me sick…I had to vent…and I need a place to vent on Kenya…(who is NOT part of history as she is NOT the first african american Miss USA and who is OBVIOUSLY a REAL fake, which leads me to believe that Bravo thinks we are dumb, Kenya thinks Bravo is dumb and they prove it by putting her on air..or I am really dumb for even caring)
I am in shock! Just makes me ,once again, wonder if all these reality housewives aren’t really living the high wonderful lives they claim they are. JUST SAYING!
