Court officials told the Record Wednesday that The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members Jacqueline Laurita, Chris Laurita, and Joe Gorga will appear before a judge in Ridgewood, NJ on September 5th to face assault and terroristic threat charges.
John Karagiorgis will also appear in court on assault and terroristic threat charges, as well as three counts of harassment.
The charges stem from a bloody brawl at the grand opening of Kim D‘s second Posche Boutique location back in March. John claims the RHONJ trio assaulted him at the store while cameras were rolling for the Bravo series. He claimed he sustained several injuries, including a head abrasion, when Jacqueline allegedly clubbed him with a stiletto heel.
Could there really be another Real Housewives spinoff in the works?
Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Marisa Zanuck may be the next Bravoleb to debut on her own series. When a Twitter follower expressed remorse that Marisa wouldn’t be on the upcoming season of RHOBH, the real estate broker replied: “thank you!! But u will be seeing me and the whole family very soon!”
“The show is currently in the development stage but there should be more news on it soon,” a source told WetPaint. However, the show will most likely not be Real Housewives related.
“The show will most likely not be with Bravo,” another source explained.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore will be returning for the hit reality show’s sixth season, a source tells Us Weekly.
The former beauty queen will be getting a substantial raise for the sixth season—a whopping $600,000 plus bonuses! Now that’s Gone with the Wind Fabulous!
“NeNe [Leakes], Kim [Zolciak] and Kandi [Burruss] make $800,000 a season but they can make more for doing certain special things, like Kim taking off her wig,” another source previously told Us.
Cynthia Bailey, Porsha Stewart and Phaedra Parks are rumored to be making $50,000 a season, making them the lowest paid cast members of the show.
Kenya’s dramatic behavior and snappy one-liners made her a controversial cast member during the fifth season of the show. And despite the continuous feuding with her cast mates, Kenya is thrilled to be back after learning about her raise.
“Kenya is very happy to be back!” the source said.
Chris and Albie Manzo from The Real Housewives of New Jersey may be headed for their own spin-off!
The two business owners sat down with OK! magazine at their new restaurant, Little Town, NJ in Hoboken, NJ to discuss the possibility of their own reality show. When asked if a Vanderpump Rules type spinoff was in their future, the Manzo brothers were open to the idea.
“Just like the restaurant, we don’t want to put our names on anything that would be bad…if we think it would be a good concept and fun,” Chris, 24, said. “Then, of course, we’d love to, but ultimately, it depends on how it pans out here and if it’s worth watching.”
“We’re going one reality show at a time. That’s what we’re doing. Taking it day by day…We’ll see,” Albie, 27, added.
Season five of RHONJ continues to be ratings gold for the Bravo network. A whopping 2.83 million people tuned in to watch the rumble at the retreat this past Sunday!
However, Princesses: Long Island continues to serve disappointing numbers week after week. With only two episodes left in its debut season, Bravo has yet to comment on a second season of the series.
Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak and her husband Kroy Biermann are not only expecting their third child together, but according to E! News, Kroy has officially adopted Kim’s daughters, Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, from previous relationships!
“In order to keep balance, you have to have priorities,” Kroy said. “Our careers are our priorities, our kids, our health, our happiness. Before Kim and before the girls and before the boys, I lived a pretty regimented life. I’d wake up, eat breakfast, go to work, come home — it was pretty normal. Now, my house isn’t going to be as clean as it was before, but it’s not important. Those things are not important and it’s all about prioritizing and understanding.”
Kim and Kroy welcomed their first child together, Kroy Jr. in 2011, before the duo said their “I Dos”. Their second child, Kash was born in 2012.
Bravo has ordered a new docu-soap series that follows the lives of beauty pageant wives titled Game of Crowns (working title).
The show chronicles six women “whose lives revolve around glamour, perfection and winning at any cost— even if it means competing against their own teenage daughters … In this world of boobs, Botox and butt glue, the women pay top dollar for perfection at any price,” according the network’s press release.
No premiere date has been set for the series.
After two years of dating boyfriend Jacques Azoulay, The Real Housewives of New York City star LuAnn de Lesseps may be the next Real Housewife to walk down the aisle.
“I’m in a really good place right now. I’m a housewife and a mom, and I was able to find a relationship with a man who is just wonderful. I feel very lucky. I’m having a good time,” LuAnn told Wetpaint.
“We’re very happy together, but yes, eventually I would like to get hitched.”
For now, LuAnn is preparing for an upcoming camping trip with the cast members of RHONY.
New York Daily News reports that Heather Thomson, Ramona Singer, Kristen Taekman, and LuAnn were spotted stocking up on camping supplies while shopping in SoHo. The women are scheduled to go on a camping trip to the Berkshires, where Heather has a home.
It is not confirmed if the trip will be filmed for RHONY; however, production for season six of the reality series began this past May.
