Joe and Teresa Giudice (Source: Splash)

Amid all of the legal turmoil surrounding The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple Teresa and Joe Giudice, at last, there’s a bit of reprieve. A bankruptcy court recently ruled that Teresa and Joe will not have to sell their lavish mansion to settle their million-dollar debts.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, the trustee of the Giudice’s ongoing bankruptcy case filed documents back in December stating their home is of “inconsequential value” to their estate. Luckily, the court’s proposal was certified earlier this month and the family will get to remain in their Towaco, New Jersey residence.

Both Teresa and Joe could face more than 50 years behind bars over unrelated fraud and tax evasion charges. The couple is set to stand trial for that case in April of this year.

The company has only produced one television program, NeNe’s wedding special, I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding where NeNe received credit as an executive producer. RealityTea reports that NeNe’s company is currently in the process of developing three new reality television series—including a dating show!

Will Justin Bieber’s recent arrest be featured on the next season of Bravo‘s The Real Housewives of Miami?  Pop-star Justin Bieber was arrested by police in Miami, Florida this past week on charges of drunk driving, resisting arrest, and driving without a valid driver’s license. The nineteen year old is seeking the representation of Roy Black, The Real Housewives of Miami star Leah Black’s husband.

Roy appeared before a judge during Bieber’s bail hearing this past Thursday on behalf of the troubled singer.

Despite the national headlines, Lea was unaware that her husband was representing Justin. “U guys have me laughing,” she tweeted “I just checked my tweets and found out about the Biebs, didn’t know – hubby just called -was too rushed to mention.”

It looks like the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is about to get crazier!

The cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills may undergo a major cast shakeup after the current season ends. And according to RealityTea, rumor has it that Kim Richards is on the chopping block.

“Kim is definitely on the outs and it’s very likely Kyle [Richards] will go with her, so there’s going to be two spaces to fill,a source revealed.

A possible cast addition is sex-therapist Dr. Ava Cadell. Ava, 57, is a relationship expert and specializes in all areas of eroticism. She also hosts her own radio show, Sex Drive.

“[The RHOBH production company Evolution] has actually been trying to get Ava to join the cast for two years now, but it hasn’t been the right time for her previously,” a source dished. “She’s top of the producers’ short list and if they can agree terms she will definitely join the cast next season.”

The former actress, who refers to herself as a “loveologist”,  is married to California defense attorney Peter L. Knecht.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s handsome househusband Apollo Nida has reportedly been charged by federal authorities with bank fraud and identity theft.

Apollo, husband to Atlanta Housewife Phaedra Parks, was named in a criminal complaint filed by the U.S. District Attorney’s office on January 21st, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Apollo allegedly created fake companies and fraudulently opened bank accounts and took out loans using stolen identities.

Apollo had surrendered to federal officials late Thursday and was later on a pretrial bond of $25,000.

This isn’t the first time Apollo has been in trouble with the law—he served time in jail back from 2004-2009 for auto title fraud.

Hulu, an online television and movie company, will be producing an original Real Housewives parody series—Hotwives of Orlando.  The series is centered around a group of Floridian women who some may say resemble many of Bravo’s Real Housewives! Check out the trailer below!

  1. Tough call with Kim Richards. While I have always found Kim to be a bore who occasionally (and embarrassingly) instigates fake ‘drama’, she appears to have many fans that truly love her. There could be a backlash if Bravo dumps her.

  2. If they loose Kyle with Kim then No Kim should stay. Kim has a feel good story and could be under paid and she would stay on. A lot of fans love her and she doesn’t make that much money. Give her a few story lines and under pay her and keep her.

  3. The cast definitely needs a shakeup, but i am not so sure KIM should go. I am thinking that BRANDI may definitely need to be one that doesnt stay for next season. She has been out of control. I am not sure that CARLTON is adding anything to the mix either.

  4. I love Kim and wish her the best. I am uncomfortable watching her so I wouldn’t mind if she left. But I don’t want her to get hurt in the process. So if it’s better for her to feel accountable and that keeps her sober”ish” then I would rather her stay on the show than hear that she fell off the wagon after leaving the show.

I really don’t like Brandi and I wish she would leave. She’s too trashy, a drunk and a liar. To me, she doesn’t represent a Beverly Hills housewife very well. Most recent lie: “Oh, boo hoo. I couldn’t go to the hospital when I broke my hand because I didn’t have insurance, boo hoo, and I’m trying to save my money for my kids, boo hoo.” Uh, you broke your hand on set. I’m very certain that Bravo and NBC have insurance, even if you don’t (which I doubt) or couldn’t afford it (which is another lie as she just wrote a best selling book and is housewife status on the show). But, she brings drama so I guess that’s what the producers and Bravo want. So I know she’ll stay.

The person that should get the boot is Carlton. She’s ugly (mostly on the inside) and annoying. Her inexplicable dislike of Kyle and Joyce is frustrating. She adds nothing. I’m so over the stripper poles. It’s so old (and we still have Brandi to bring it in anyway).
