Happy Sunday lovies. Our resident busy bee Brent Osborne  is off making that honey, so I’m going to borrow his gossiper wings today!

We start off this week’s Reality Roundup with the story everybody I know has been asking me about. Real Housewives of New Jersey Stars Teresa and Joe (Giuseppe) Giudice will not be sentenced this month as originally planned. According to The Bergen Record the couple, who pleaded guilty in March to financial frauds that spanned 8 years, will be handed their sentences on October 2nd.

Teresa’s attorney, Harry E. Klingman told The Record this kind of delay isn’t uncommon. “Typically sentences get postponed so that everybody involved can be fully prepared. The court is waiting on information from all sides- the defense, the government and probation- so it’s postponed by a couple of weeks.

Both Teresa and Joe could face jail time and Joe, who is an Italian citizen, could be deported. The original court date was September 23d.

Filming for The Real Housewives of Atlanta ‘s seventh season is well underway and it appears the ladies will be living la vida loca! E Online!  shared a picture of the cast partying in Puerto Rico.

The picture was on new Housewife Demetria McKinney ‘s Instagram account with the caption “I love my life! Performed #11 and celebrated my birthday in style and beauty with these ladies! XOXO!”

McKinney; whose website biography calls the singer, actress, song writer and dancer “a river with many streams”; joins the cast along with Claudia Jordan. Jordan is a pageant queen and model whose credits include showcasing prizes on The Price is Right, carrying a briefcase on Deal or No Deal and competing on two seasons of Celebrity Apprentice.

The two newbies will join veteran stars Nene Leakes, Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, Phaedra Parks, Porsha Stewart, and Kenya Moore. The shenanigans are rumored to commence later this fall on Bravo.

It’s a good thing that RHOA will be finished filming soon, because Nene needs to hustle up north.  From November 25th to January 3d the self proclaimed rich Bitch will be playing the ultimate bitch in the final run of Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella on Broadway. Leakes is going to be playing the evil stepmother, or Madame as she is referred to in the show.

Leakes follows in some other famous footsteps. Madame was played by Fran Drescher earlier this year and will be performed by Sherri Shepherd starting on September 9th until Nene comes to town.

Cast shakeup on ratings troubled The Real Housewives of New York City. Life and Style Weekly reports that Ramona Singer will be demoted to a recurring role on next season’s RHONY. “Bravo is casting the show around Heather Thomson and Kristen Taekman and Carole Radziwill,an insider told the magazine. The source also says that Ramona is the reason for the ratings slump saying, that it all went south when she “carried the show”.

Without an apple in her hand, RHONY will be the first Housewives franchise to no longer star any original cast members. Tack this on to her divorce from husband Mario and her now empty nest with daughter Avery off at college and, well, I’d be shocked if there are any full bottles of Ramona Pinot left in her wine cooler. The queen of pinot was reportedly earning $600,000 per season of New York City Housewives.

Ramona isn’t the only bite producers have taken out of the Big Apple. It’s been reported that Aviva Drescher is no longer going to be throwing down her prosthetic leg. E Online! said its sources have confirmed that the Leggy Blonde has been fired.

Drescher was taken out of opening credits several shows last season due to her absence from two cast trips. When the girls questioned her story about having to miss a Montana trip due to asthma, Drescher got angry and threw the leg down, a stunt she has repeatedly said was not planned. Radziwill told Buzzfeed that executive producers told some of the cast that Drescher’s husband Reid had offered to get Aviva to Montana if they could guarantee her a spot on season 7, which caused them to question  if her asthma was really the issue.

I chatted with Aviva recently, and though she did not confirm or deny the firing, she did seem like she is in a good place. Outside RHONY I have found Aviva to be kind, elegant, and down to earth. Hopefully she can now put her best leg forward and start the next chapter of her life.

Tell us, would you watch RHONY without Ramona and Aviva? Would you see Nene on Broadway? What do you think will happen at Tre and Joe’s sentencing? Share your thoughts below.

We are one week away from the premier of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but things are less than flowery in one of the Garden State’s backyards. Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Melissa Gorga and husband Joe are suing the inhabitant of their former home.

It turns out the couple’s Montville, NJ mansion was never actually sold, despite the claims that they received their full 3.8 million dollar asking price last August. There had been much speculation as to why a sale had never been legally recorded and it’s come out that the sale was actually a rent to purchase agreement with Kai D. Patterson, a software engineer and founder of Project Child Support. Reps for the Gorgas said that the agreement was “a purchase agreement with an extended close option…To date (Patterson) has failed to uphold his financial obligations under the agreement and provided bounced checks totaling $20,000 as well as failed to pay rent for the months of April, May, and June 2014…After repeated attempts to have (Patterson) honor his agreement, the Gorgas were left with no other choice, but to pursue legal action and filed a summons for eviction.”

Melissa, who has had to continue to pay the taxes on the mansion, told US Weekly, “I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, but I am not going to pay for a complete stranger to live in a multi-million dollar home.”

Reality Tea published Kai Patterson’s statement regarding the issue. According to Patterson, the Gorgas have failed to fix several problems with the property, many that stem from burst pipes that resulted from Melissa shutting off the utilities last September. Patterson says that he entered into a lease/purchase agreement with the Gorgas that entitles him to the benefits of a renter/landlord situation, while putting money towards the downpayment of the house. After many chances for Joe to fix the problems associated with the property as per the agreement, and some back and forth personal business dealings with Joe, Patterson decided to refuse payment until the issues were addressed. Patterson also says he received hateful texts from Melissa, whom, he believes, did not have full knowledge of the deals he had made with Joe.

All I can say is, had Patterson watched last year’s RHONJ he may have seen this coming. Who can forget when Jennifer Dalton went to turn on a sink in the mansion and the knob came off? Red flagging much?

In other NJ news, former RHONJ Danielle Staub is ready to come back to Bravo, but is Bravo ready for her? In a desperate plea to get back on the show and defend her family, Danielle ranted on her Facebook page about needing to come back for the sake of her children. In a series of tweets she also stated that Bravo TV  and Andy Cohen have asked her back on more than one occasion. Truth or delusion? Either way on Saturday Staub called for her fans to petition the network.

While on the subject of HW  casting, with summer in full swing, casting rumors for the upcoming seasons of The Real Housewives are warming up

TMZ reports that two former reality stars are set to return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills next season! Former RHOBH cast members Camille Grammer and Adrienne Maloof were reportedly shooting scenes with the show’s current stars including Kyle Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, Yolanda Foster,Kim Richards, and Brandi Glanville.

After the recent network firings of newcomers Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia, there are two openings! However, this RHOBH return is too good to be true! Although both Camille and Adrienne were filming at Kyle’s annual White Party, there are no plans for them to return to the series in any full capacity, People confirms.

Major cast renovations may be underway in New York! As the current season of The Real Housewives of New York continues to plummet in the ratings, Bravo execs may be taking a significant bite out of the Big Apple.

“Bravo doesn’t want to cancel the series because New York is the unofficial capital of the United States,” an insider told Radar Online. “The amount of wealth concentrated into such a small area makes it a major drawThe entire current cast, including Sonja Morgan, Heather Thomson, Luann de Lesseps, and Carole Radziwill are all expected to get pinks slips,” the source said.

The source continued to say that Ramona Singer will most likely be the only current RHONY star to be offered a contract to return next season and that “Aviva Drescher could be offered a much smaller role, of series guest star.”

Remember, however, casting rumors always abound with Housewives. After the dramatic sixth season and an intense reunion brawl, rumors surrounding the cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta began spiraling out of control. Porsha Williams was thought to have been fired after being removed from the season six reunion taping after an argument with cast mate Kenya Moore turned physical. Speculation surrounding the return of RHOA veteran NeNe Leakes also spiked after the dramatic reunion show.

Despite the rumors, all six ladies will be returning for season seven of the hit reality show. Porsha, Kenya, and Nene will be back to grace our telivision screens along with Phaedra Parks, Cynthia Bailey, and Kandi Burruss. The ladies are set to begin filming in the next few weeks. Season seven of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is likely to premier this November.

That’s all for now, but Reality Roundup will be back on WEDNESDAY! Lesley Rousso will dish weekly about some of the hottest reality TV shows on E!, MTV, VH1, FOX and many more in a new On Beyond Bravo column! Stay tuned!

Reality Roundup: New Jersey News and New York Ruse!

Teresa Giudice and Dina Mazno (Source: Dave Kotinsky/Getty Images)

Start stirring your gravy and fryin’ your meatballs… The Real Housewives of New Jersey are back! Bravo has announced that the sixth season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will premiere on Sunday, July 13th.

Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga are the only Housewives returning this season. In addition, RHONJ alum, Dina Manzo will be re-joining the cast.

“Well I guess the (hairless) cats out of the bag,” Dina tweeted when filming started. “Yes I’m back. Unlike the past this time it felt ‘right’ … See you on Bravo my friends.”

Dina’s sister-in-law Jacqueline Laurita, who has starred on the show since it’s inception, will not be part of the season six cast. Caroline Manzo has also departed from the series. Caroline’s upcoming spinoff pilot, Manzo’d With Children, was recently picked up for season one and, according to her Twitter will air in fall 2014. We caught up with Caroline at a recent event! Find out what she had to say about Manzo’d with Children and her departure form The Real Housewives of New Jersey here!

Although Kathy Wakile is no longer part of the cast, she and her sister Rosie will be making an appearance or two in the upcoming season, Melissa Gorga revealed during an appearance at the Tampa Home and Garden Show last week. When we recently saw the sisters, they too confirmed their involvment on the show.

Three new Housewives will be joining the cast this season! Amber Marchese and identical twins Teresa Aprea and Nicole Mauriello are sure to fuel some great drama this season. Amber, a breast cancer survivor, is a New Jersey native with a no-nonsense attitude. Teresa Aprea, and her husband, Rino, are the owners of famous restaurants, Angelo’s of Mulberry Street in Little Italy, and Ponte Vecchio in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. She and her husband have an 18-year-old son, Giovanni. Nicole Mauriello is a two-time divorcee (Hey, at least that’s better than 19 engagements…), a fashionista and a mother to two teenage boys, Joey, 14, and Anthony, 16.

Teresa and Joe Giudice’s legal drama will be a major story this season. After pleading guilty to multiple fraud and tax evasion charges, Teresa and Joe are currently awaiting their sentencing hearing, which is scheduled for July 8th.

“Obviously, Teresa is going to be a key character in the upcoming season, and Bravo wants to maximize her storyline,” an insider revealed to Radar Online last month.

Viewers can also expect some catfights, yelling, and stripping & cheating allegations. Oh yes, more stripping & cheating allegations!

The special will feature NeNe Leakes’ husband, Gregg Leakes, Cynthia Bailey’s husband, Peter Thomas, Phaedra Parks’ husband, Apollo Nida, and Kandi Burruss’ new hubby, Todd Tucker.

Bravo told Us Weekly that during the episode, the husbands will participate in a Guy’s Night Out and bond over drinks and table talk. The men will be “keeping it real” on everything from who really wears the pants in their relationships to how hard it is to please their leading ladies.

Pink slip or just no trip? Fans of The Real Housewives of New York City have been questioning the absence of Aviva Drescher from the show after her dialogue was erased from the opening credits.

TheHollywoodGossip reported the mother of four was being “disciplined by producers with a forced three-episode hiatus,” while other reports suggest Aviva’s disappearance is simply a publicity stunt to drum up interest in the ratings starved show.

Aviva broke her silence regarding the matter, telling Radar “I wasn’t (disciplined) … back on in two weeks,” adding that she did not want to go on the Berkshire trip due to health concerns involving her prosthetic leg and asthma.

However, Radar has learned that these recent episodes are not the only ones Aviva will be cut from this season.

“Aviva has had a really bad time this season,” a source revealed. “Because she refused to go on two separate trips with the rest of the women the producers are fuming at her and they’re taking her out of the show as punishment.”

“Aviva also refused to go to Montana with the women, so she won’t be in those upcoming episodes either and they’re planning to do the same thing with the opening credits – take her out of them,” the insider continued. “No one would want her to risk her health or anything if that’s the reason she claimed was why she didn’t go, but the producers are fed up with her now.”

Aviva’s frequent absences may lead to a major cast change. “Aviva might get axed from the show at the end of the season,” the source said. “Her storyline about Bookgate was dumb and then not being part of the rest of the show is making her more difficult so the producers are seriously considering firing her at the end of the season.”

We reached out to Aviva when the first Aviva Free episode aired two weeks ago, but she was unresponsive.
