Reality Roundup: Teresa Giudice CASH ONLY Bookgate, Atlanta Hoedown Throwdown, and Bethenny Returns to Bravo

It was a Hoedown Throwdown this past Thursday during the taping of The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s season six reunion.

Kenya Moore and Porsha Stewart got into a brief physical altercation during the filming, People confirmed. Adding that Porsha was sent home after the brawl broke out and was not allowed to finish filming.

“A fight broke out that had to be broken up,” a source told the mag. Things allegedly got heated between the feuding stars when Porsha went after Kenya during an argument. “There was definitely some hair pulling, but no one was injured. It was broken up so quickly that nothing serious happened.”

Despite the reports, Kenya Moore’s rep is denying the allegations. “Miss Moore was not engaged in any physical altercation,” ABC News reports. “She adamantly condones violence and would never be involved in such behavior.”

“one thing u will NEVER see me do is fight,” Kenya tweeted last week. “Your brain and tongue are your most powerful weapons.”

Maybe we will also never see her proofing her rep’s quotes because that should have said adamantly does NOT condone violence. Let’s hope it was a misprint.

The two reality stars have been feuding since they met. This season, Kenya accused Porsha of being a “beard” for her ex-husband, NFL pro, Kordell Stewart, after their public split. The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays on Bravo.

Former Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel reunited with her former RHONY castmate Ramona Singer last week on Watch What Happens: Live! The two bonded over their turbulent love lives and their preceding divorces.

“I’m taking everything day-by-day,”  Ramona said when asked about her separation from her husband, Mario.

Bethenny, who split from her husband Jason Hoppy in 2012, admitted that although it’s been a rough couple of months, she is finally feeling a little happier.

“Honestly, it’s been a year — 15 months — of this,” Bethenny told Andy Cohen. ” I am dating. And I’m happy. I’m good. I finally feel a little bit of liberation, a little bit of freedom, just a little bit of just not feeling so bad. It’s been a really, really hard time. Let’s put it that way.”

The 43-year-old Skinnygirl mogul and television personality also commented on the cancellation of her self-titled daytime talk show, Bethenny.

“I felt edited and diluted, a little bit controlled,” she admitted. “And I’m not really great when I’m shackled. As you know, you have to kind of unleash the beast.”

“Ultimately, it was not what I really should be doing,” Bethenny added. “I really didn’t love it the way that I thought that I would.”

Bethenny is not going to let the cancellation of her talk show  stop her from getting right back in front of the camera.  Bethenny has been in serious talks with Andy about returning to Bravo with a new show, a source revealed to RadarOnline.

“They’ve been in deep negotiations and she is definitely ready to return to Bravo,” the source admitted. “This would be one of the first things he [Andy Cohen] produces with his new company.”

Andy Cohen started his own production company a few months back and scoring a deal with Bethenny is a high priority for the reality television guru.

As for returning to The Real Housewives of New York City, “Bethenny probably won’t stoop to that level,” a Radar insider revealed. “She thinks she’s beyond and above that.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars, along with Andy Cohen, made their music video debuts in Lady Gaga‘s new “film” for her single “G.U.Y.” Giggy, Lisa Vanderpump’s beloved dog even got a cameo! Catch a glimpse of the ladies in the music video here.

The winners of the first ever Real Housewives Awards were announced on Watch What Happens last week. Among the award recipients was Kim DePaola, aka Kim D,  from The Real Housewives of New Jersey  who was crowned the Best Supporting Agitator. Kenya Moore added a new sash to her Miss USA collection when she was announced the Rookie of the Year and The Real Housewives of Orange County star and original housewife Vicki Gunvalson took home the gold with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice came under fire this past week after RadarOnline exploited the reality star for charging CASH ONLY — with no receipts — for a copy of her autographed book and a picture at a recent event.

Patrons who attended the fashion event, which was hosted by Kim D, were charged $110 for a ticket that included dinner, wine, music and a fashion show.

“Teresa was advertised as the celebrity guest and that she would be signing copies of her latest book. But nowhere was it advertised that she would be charging guests $25 to sign and take a photo with her!” a guest told Radar.

“When you walked up to her, the woman next to her was quick to advise that it was $25 and ‘cash only.’ Cash only? Who takes cash only? Even Teresa was telling guests it was ‘cash only, no receipts’ and she had bags of cash beside her where her colleague was collecting the money.”

“Why would someone insist on cash only?” the eyewitness questioned. “Everyone was saying it was clearly to avoid a paper trial of her sales.”

Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice were indicted this past summer on numerous counts of federal fraud and tax charges. Their indictment details charges of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications, and bankruptcy fraud.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars entered a guilty plea to bankruptcy fraud, mail fraud, tax evasion, and numerous other charges in Newark Federal Court on March 4th, 2014 and the couple could be facing months behind bars.

After reports surfaced of Teresa’s book signing stunt, Giudice announced that she donated the proceeds from the cash she collected to charity, and sent a $400 check to The Nephcure Foundation.

“The arrangement was always that Teresa would be giving all proceeds to the Nephcure Foundation, which seeks to find a cure for debilitating kidney diseases,” a source told Radar Online. “Teresa had several expenses related to the book signing, and several vendors that had to be paid. All of the profits were donated to the charity. In no way whatsoever was Teresa trying to make a quick buck.”

According to our sources, filming for the sixth season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey has wrapped. Teresa and her RHONJ castmates are set to make their return to Bravo this summer. Seems filming is on the same timeline as  the last go round. It was one year ago tonight that the cast was involved in a big brawl that ended up last season’s finale, and landed some of them in court.

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice isn’t the only Garden State Diva in a pickle! RHONJ guest-star Kim Depaola is entangled in a new lawsuit over her jewelry.

TMZ reports that Kim ripped off jewelry designer Constantino Frangopolous, who claims the reality star convinced him to lend her pieces to wear on the show, only to later find out she mimicked the designs and began selling her own look-a-like jewelry.

The report claims that Constantino made a deal with Kim, which allowed her to wear some of his pieces on RHONJ in exchange for promotion. After Kim sported some of the pieces on the show, she allegedly stole the designs and created knockoff versions to sell in her retail stores and on her website.

The two never had a formal contract; however, Constantino has filed lawsuits against Kim D and Bravo.

Kenya Moore may truly be gone with the wind. The former Miss USA is frustrated with the drama between cast members on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. In fact, she is seriously considering leaving the show.

“If Bravo asked me to come back, I’d have to really think about it,” Kenya told OK Magazine. “Right at this moment, it’s a very tough question.”

Kenya is mostly disappointed that her RHOA cast mates do not support each other in times of need. “I’m nobody’s victim and never will be. But at some point you want people to put aside their differences and back you up because it’s the right thing to do,” she said.

After confirming that she will not be returning as a Real Housewife next season on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Jacqueline Laurita opened up for the first time about life after RHONJ to Life & Style.

“Right now, I’m really just enjoying time with my family and I’m writing a few books,” she told the mag. “My husband [Chris Laurita] and I are writing a book together about our journey with autism.”

“My other passion is the beauty industry, so I’m also writing a book about busy moms and beauty things. I’m also writing children’s books! I enjoy writing — that’s what I love,” she expressed. “It’s just been really great with my family. I feel like I’m in a very good place.”

Fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey can expect to see some new, and some old, faces next season. RHONJ alum Caroline Manzo will not be featured on the upcoming sixth season of the show and Kathy Wakile is only filming part-time.

Teresa Giudice and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga will be back in full swing while Nicole Napolitano, Teresa Napolitano, and Amber Marchese join the cast full-time.

Dina Manzo will also be returning to the hit series after she quit three years ago. Rumor has it that Dina did not want her sister-in-law, Jacqueline, to be part of the series.

“I understand why Dina wouldn’t want me on the show: She doesn’t want to address family issues on-camera!” Jacqueline said.

Dina recently told a group of fans that although Jacqueline will not be on RHONJ,  Jac fans will get their dose of the no holds barred brunette on sister Caroline Manzo’s spinoff Manzo’d With Children. As for her relationship with Caroline, Dina told the group that they still ‘”are not on the best of terms” but that she loves her sister and will “mend their relationship soon.” Dina also revealed some of the stories that will take place on season 6, but we would hate to spoil any of it for you.  We will tell you, however, that Grandma Wrinkles has some new competition in the household. Speaking of Grandma Wrinkles, don’t look for her on Twitter anymore, as Dina confessed to losing the infamous cat’s account password.

Season six of The Real Housewives of New Jersey is currently filming.

What would have happened to The Real Housewives of New York City if Jill Zarin never got the boot? With just a few weeks away from the season six premiere of The Real Housewives of New York City, former RHONY star Jill Zarin is still talking about how she was fired nearly three years ago.

Jill claims that even though she had been considering quitting, she doesn’t know the real reason why she was fired.
“Nobody will tell me the true answer,” she said in a recent interview for Oprah: Where Are They Now?“. At the time, I was told that they thought the show had gone so dark that it couldn’t recover and that they needed to change the cast. I don’t think the fans agreed.”

Jill also dished on her feud with Bethenny Frankel, her new buisness venture, and  life after RHONY. Check out Jill’s full interview below!

Reality Roundup: The Real Housewives of New Jersey Rodeo!

Caroline Manzo (Source: Getty Images)

For all the table-flipping, screaming and stripping allegations that are tossed around on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, we could always count on Caroline Manzo to be the voice of reason amongst the cast.

However, Caroline may be throwing in the towel after five drama-filled seasons on RHONJ. Manzo, an original cast member of the show, may not be returning for season six of the hit reality series.

“Caroline leaving is a natural progression,” a source told E! News. “As to the reason why, it will become clearer to viewers in the season finale and the reunion episodes why this was the right decision at the right time for her.”

However, an insider indicated to Us WeeklyNothing is final.”

Despite Manzo’s possible looming departure, fans of the family matriarch will not have to say their goodbyes just yet.

Bravo has given the green light to a pilot starring Caroline and her family. Manzo’d With Children (working title) will follow the Housewife in her duties as the “ringleader of the crazy circus that is her Italian family.”

Caroline’s sister, Fran, who we met earlier this season on RHONJ, will also be part of the pilot as she continues to bring in stray animals, including a pet pig, to the house.

Interesting enough, The Real Housewives of New Jersey may be undergoing a sibling swap.

Marked by the impending departure of her estranged sister, Dina Manzo may be returning to the show In Touch Magazine reports.

Dina is “in serious talks” to return to the hit reality series after a three-season hiatus. “The timing is perfect,” a source told In Touch.

“Dina Manzo’s return to the show is all but a done deal,” another source explained.

The changes coming to The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast do not stop there.

Rumor has it, friend to the site Jacqueline Laurita has gotten the pink slip from the network following the lack of a storyline and cannoli maven Kathy Wakile has been demoted to a “Friend of the Housewives”.

Reality Tea suggests that producers felt that once the feuding between Kathy and cousin Teresa Giduice died down, Kathy was unable to hold viewer’s attention. In addition, they reveal that the only reason for Kathy’s presence on the show next season is because producers do not want to loose her sister Rosie! Ouch.

A new full-time Housewife may also be added to the mix, RumourFix revealed. Could it finally be one of Housewives friends? Cough Cough, Kim D, Cough Cough.

As of now, The Real Housewives of New Jersey has not officially been renewed for a sixth season. The new season is tentatively slated to begin filming by December; however, no cast contracts have yet been offered by Bravo.

The show’s future may be more uncertain now than it has been in the past, given Teresa and Joe Giudice’s legal troubles.

Teresa and Joe were indicted this past summer on 39-counts of federal fraud and tax charges that, according to legal experts, may cause them both to serve time in federal prison.

The 39-count indictment details charges of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud, against the couple.

The indictment also accuses Joe Giudice of failing to file tax returns for 2004 through 2008.

The couple pled not guilty to the charges; however, if convicted Teresa and Joe could each face decades behind bars. Joe even faces being deported to Italy if he is found guilty of just one of the 39 counts in the indictment, prosecutors said — as it emerged recently that he is not a US citizen.

Added to that, Juicy Joe is currently awaiting trial for allegedly impersonating his brother, Pete Giudice, to illegally obtain a driver’s license after his own was suspended for a DWI. He can face up to 10 years in prison for those charges.

The couple will be opening up about their legal woes on a special episode of Watch What Happens Live airing tonight at 9pm EST (Sunday, September 29th) on Bravo. Host Andy Cohen sits down with the reality television stars to discuss their indictment and how they are managing to keep their lives together.

In a sneak preview of the sit-down, an emotional Teresa says she is trying to stay strong for their children.

I can’t fall apart, Andy. I have my daughters, they mean the world to me … maybe something that my daughters can learn from this is that my mom was really strong through all of this and was there for us and I hope they always have that with them,” Teresa said wiping away tears.

Season five of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will come to a close as viewers witness parts of the fireworks that shot off at Kim D’s Posche 2 grand opening.

A brawl involving RHONJ cast members broke out at the event, which took place earlier this year, and footage from that evening will be featured in tonight’s season finale.

Jacqueline Laurita, Chris Laurita and Joe Gorga were all charged with assault following the brawl after a lawsuit was filed by Penny Drossos’s husband,  Johnny Karagiorgis.

According to NorthJersey.com, a deal was brokered between the cast-members’ lawyers and Johnny Karagiorgis’ attorney this week and the charges were dropped.

A judge signed off on the deal in court on September 26th and dismissed the charges.

Don’t miss the season five finale tonight, Sunday, September 29th, at 8pm EST followed by the Teresa and Joe Giudice Watch What Happens Live special at 9pm EST.

And mark your calendars for the 90-minute Reunion Part 1 on Sunday, October 6th at 8pm EST.
