The biggest thing going on in the land of reality this week is obviously Teresa Giudice.  Thursday Tre and her husband Joe were sentenced in the fraud case that was pending against them.  Juicy Joe was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison and though many thought Tre would be slapped with house arrest, that wasn’t the case.  Judge Esther Salas dragged it out all day and finally in the bitter end, sentenced Teresa to 15 months in the clink.  Incarcerations for the couple will be staggered so the couple can split time caring for Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana. Teresa will serve her time before  Joe, who still faces possible deportation after he completes his sentence.  Teresa is due to report to jail January 5th which affords her the privilege of spending the holidays with her family.

According to E Online Teresa will film the Real Housewives Of New Jersey Season 6 Reunion as planned  (rumor has it that is today).  Additionally Teresa and Joe will appear on a special Watch What Happens Live Monday night at 9, which was filmed on Friday according to Andy Cohen’s Instagram. It will be the couples’ first television appearance since their hearing.  Eldest Giudice daughter, Gia, took to Twitter Thursday after the sentencing, “Such an amazing support system its unreal,” she tweeted to her over 117,000 tweeps. Teresa was scheduled to promote her Fabellini at an event on Wednesday, but has since canceled it.

Remember Bethenny Frankel wearing Bryn‘s Hello Kitty pajamas on Instagram a couple of months back? Well, Judge Ellen Gesmer, who is presiding over Jason Hoppy and Bethenny’s ongoing divorce didn’t seem to enjoy it.  Bethenny was ordered not to wear her daughter’s clothes anymore.  The Skinnygirl mogul said it was only a joke, Bryn asked her to do it.  She thought it was funny and posted it.  Judge Gesmer however said that it was ridiculous and that her child is not a joke.  Sorry not sorry, I’m on Team Bethenny here.

Brooks Ayers, controversial on-again off-again boyfriend of Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Vicki Gunvalson‘s, revealed yesterday that he has stage three Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.  He was initially diagnosed in the fall of 2013.  Although the two are no longer dating Vicki says she’s quite sad about the diagnosis and is determined to fight it with him.  Obviously, we wish Brooks a full recovery.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is filming currently and allegedly Brandi Glanville is fighting with everyone, especially Lisa Rinna.  Reality Tea reports that the cast is filming in Amsterdam with Yolanda Foster giving them a tour of her homeland.  The entire cast is there including Kim Richards.  Really? I’m not so sure this is the best environment for her.  Anyway, Lisa Vander Pump is thrilled to have good friend Lisa Rinna as a cast member, and says she’s trying to work it out with Brandi.  Sources claim Lisa Rinna however, is fed up with Brandi and her drunken antics and that Brandi is jealous of Lisa’s life. Looking forward to the next season!

Real Housewives Of Atlanta‘s Porsha Williams has been demoted to friend of the Housewives for Season 7 and newcomer Claudia Jordan is stepping in.  Porsha claims she was blindsided by the downgrade considering the amount of filming she did for the upcoming season.  She goes on to thank Bravo for the opportunity and says we will see her just in a lesser capacity.  Claudia moved to Atlanta from Los Angeles and has appeared on several shows including The Price Is Right, Deal or No Deal and The Celebrity Apprentice.  Additionally she was Miss Rhode Island USA and is good friends with fellow pageant queen Kenya Moore.  Another newbie is Demetria McKinney an actress who has guest starred on Tyler Perry‘s House of Payne and Devious Maids.  While she excels at acting, her passions are music, her boyfriend and being a mom to their 14-year-old son.  The new season debuts Sunday November 9th at 8pm EST.

It’s premier week on our favorite network! Manzoed With Children premieres tonight at 9pm, following a new episode of RHONJ.  The People’s Couch begins an all new season on Tuesday at 10pm and I couldn’t be happier.  If you haven’t given it a shot yet, I highly recommend it.  It’s absolutely hilarious!

Outside the land of Bravo, Big Brother‘s Evel Dick revealed he is HIV positive, Kendra Wilkinson confessed she probably won’t leave husband Hank Basset after his cheating scandal, and Taylor Swift will replace Chris Martin as a mentor on The Voice.

It’s a little late in coming but we’d like to express our sincere condolences to the family of Joan Rivers. I always just loved her and although she was brash and some didn’t enjoy her, from what everyone says she was a warm and generous lady.  She was hilarious and wonderful and she will be missed.

We are one week away from the premier of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but things are less than flowery in one of the Garden State’s backyards. Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Melissa Gorga and husband Joe are suing the inhabitant of their former home.

It turns out the couple’s Montville, NJ mansion was never actually sold, despite the claims that they received their full 3.8 million dollar asking price last August. There had been much speculation as to why a sale had never been legally recorded and it’s come out that the sale was actually a rent to purchase agreement with Kai D. Patterson, a software engineer and founder of Project Child Support. Reps for the Gorgas said that the agreement was “a purchase agreement with an extended close option…To date (Patterson) has failed to uphold his financial obligations under the agreement and provided bounced checks totaling $20,000 as well as failed to pay rent for the months of April, May, and June 2014…After repeated attempts to have (Patterson) honor his agreement, the Gorgas were left with no other choice, but to pursue legal action and filed a summons for eviction.”

Melissa, who has had to continue to pay the taxes on the mansion, told US Weekly, “I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, but I am not going to pay for a complete stranger to live in a multi-million dollar home.”

Reality Tea published Kai Patterson’s statement regarding the issue. According to Patterson, the Gorgas have failed to fix several problems with the property, many that stem from burst pipes that resulted from Melissa shutting off the utilities last September. Patterson says that he entered into a lease/purchase agreement with the Gorgas that entitles him to the benefits of a renter/landlord situation, while putting money towards the downpayment of the house. After many chances for Joe to fix the problems associated with the property as per the agreement, and some back and forth personal business dealings with Joe, Patterson decided to refuse payment until the issues were addressed. Patterson also says he received hateful texts from Melissa, whom, he believes, did not have full knowledge of the deals he had made with Joe.

All I can say is, had Patterson watched last year’s RHONJ he may have seen this coming. Who can forget when Jennifer Dalton went to turn on a sink in the mansion and the knob came off? Red flagging much?

In other NJ news, former RHONJ Danielle Staub is ready to come back to Bravo, but is Bravo ready for her? In a desperate plea to get back on the show and defend her family, Danielle ranted on her Facebook page about needing to come back for the sake of her children. In a series of tweets she also stated that Bravo TV  and Andy Cohen have asked her back on more than one occasion. Truth or delusion? Either way on Saturday Staub called for her fans to petition the network.

While on the subject of HW  casting, with summer in full swing, casting rumors for the upcoming seasons of The Real Housewives are warming up

TMZ reports that two former reality stars are set to return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills next season! Former RHOBH cast members Camille Grammer and Adrienne Maloof were reportedly shooting scenes with the show’s current stars including Kyle Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, Yolanda Foster,Kim Richards, and Brandi Glanville.

After the recent network firings of newcomers Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia, there are two openings! However, this RHOBH return is too good to be true! Although both Camille and Adrienne were filming at Kyle’s annual White Party, there are no plans for them to return to the series in any full capacity, People confirms.

Major cast renovations may be underway in New York! As the current season of The Real Housewives of New York continues to plummet in the ratings, Bravo execs may be taking a significant bite out of the Big Apple.

“Bravo doesn’t want to cancel the series because New York is the unofficial capital of the United States,” an insider told Radar Online. “The amount of wealth concentrated into such a small area makes it a major drawThe entire current cast, including Sonja Morgan, Heather Thomson, Luann de Lesseps, and Carole Radziwill are all expected to get pinks slips,” the source said.

The source continued to say that Ramona Singer will most likely be the only current RHONY star to be offered a contract to return next season and that “Aviva Drescher could be offered a much smaller role, of series guest star.”

Remember, however, casting rumors always abound with Housewives. After the dramatic sixth season and an intense reunion brawl, rumors surrounding the cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta began spiraling out of control. Porsha Williams was thought to have been fired after being removed from the season six reunion taping after an argument with cast mate Kenya Moore turned physical. Speculation surrounding the return of RHOA veteran NeNe Leakes also spiked after the dramatic reunion show.

Despite the rumors, all six ladies will be returning for season seven of the hit reality show. Porsha, Kenya, and Nene will be back to grace our telivision screens along with Phaedra Parks, Cynthia Bailey, and Kandi Burruss. The ladies are set to begin filming in the next few weeks. Season seven of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is likely to premier this November.

That’s all for now, but Reality Roundup will be back on WEDNESDAY! Lesley Rousso will dish weekly about some of the hottest reality TV shows on E!, MTV, VH1, FOX and many more in a new On Beyond Bravo column! Stay tuned!

According to People magazine, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice‘s father, Frank Giudice, will be laid to rest tomorrow, Monday June 23d.

The 63 year-old father in law to RHONJ mega star Teresa Giudice collapsed, from what appears to have been a heart attack, at the couple’s Towaco, NJ home on Wednesday. The family is “holding it together”  a rep told the magazine and also stated that they were waiting for some family to arrive from Italy for the services.

Joe, who is an Italian citizen, and Teresa still await sentencing for multiple counts of fraud. The original date was set for July but according to In Touch Weekly, has been pushed back to September. A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office told the magazine that the delay was due to an administrative issue, not the family death as people have been speculating.

New York City Housewife Sonja Morgan has one less vacation property to go commando in. According to TMZ the RHONY star’s St. Tropez villa was sold by a court-appointed trustee for $5.7 million. May sound like a lot of change to you and I, but Sonja was really looking for $8 million, which she says SHE had listed it for, to be financially responsible.

Could Housewives’ producers finally be listening to our pleas? Radar Online says that the crew behind Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is looking to recast and keep it real. After last season’s failure to launch Carlton Gebbia and Joyce Giraud as believable HW friends, the producers are asking the ladies for lists of their best gal pals as possible new members.

Radar Online states that Carlton, along with Kim Richards, are on the outs and Yolanda Foster and Lisa Vanderpump are lobbying for their friend Shiva Safai, fiancee to Foster’s ex-husband Mohammed Hadid, to be the next woman to clutch a diamond on Bravo TV. The network is looking to the success of shows like Shahs of Sunset, in which casts have a real pre-show history with eachother, as inspiration.

Real Housewives of Miami‘s Joanna Krupa is ready to put the past behind her. She told  Access Hollywood that she and husband Romain Zago have no plans to relocate to the 90210, thus squashing rumors she was looking to be one of the BH Housewives. “Housewives was an amazing chapter of my life. It was great because it saved my relationship with my husband…we had an amazing fairy tale wedding, but I think it’s time to move on.”

Have you had enough of Nene Leakes? Well you may be alone, Nene and all 6 of her Real Housewives of Atlanta co stars are set to come back for the franchise’s upcoming seventh season. According to E Online all women are on board for the next installment of the series, which is set to start filming in November. Leakes, who seemed to be done with the show based on her attitude during the season 6 reunion was quoted by the outlet saying, “For me it’s like a blessing and a curse. (The show) has opened up so many doors and opportunities for me. I have been able to do some of everything just from being on this platform.” The self-proclaimed rich bitch wasn’t too shy to point out that being a HW can put a lot of money in my pocket. Not just the show, I’m saying, other things can come to you.”

Could one of those other things be a talk show? When a twitter fan recently suggested she get one, Nene replied “Keep your eyes open.” A hint of another HW talk show to come? Remember Nene, it’s been done once before,  and we all know how that turned out!

Tell us, do you think Nene should be the next queen of the couch? Comment below, your email will never be sold or shared.
